Writing

I have a lot of memories about writing, especially in middle school and high school because every time after I do an experiment, I always have to make a report. Writing id fun but also frightening, it’s fun because when I’m writing, it feels like I can say what I want and think without any regrets. It is also frightening because there are lots of chances to make a mistake in writing. Especially when we want our writing published. I’ve been learning a lot about writing including the rules but I think it’s not enough to be a good writer.

I have done experiment report, youth scientist research and other papers, the length of the report or paper is various based on how specific we discuss about the topic.

In my middle school and high school, the writing evaluation is not too strict, it’s depend on the teacher. Some of them really observe my paper, there are times when I have to rewrite my paper because it is not good enough in grammar and organization. Every teacher has a different opinion so I have to change my special aspect in writing for different classes. For example, I will raise grammar and mechanics in Indonesia language class about paper but in my chemistry report, I will raise my organization and content aspect.

I have writing for school wall magazines in middle school, I write stories, some short stories that shared in wall magazines, when I go to high school. I often write poem and stories but never published it yet.

I never written on a job or volunteer organization before and never typed other person’s writing but I really interested in real world writing.
